I rebuilt the facial texture and added tattoos, wrinkles, etc.

I did not use any 3d modeling, I edited the textures.
how to use : Menyoo > player options > wardrobe > head features > shape skin tone > Tone inherited from father
Don't forget to backup before installation!
By using OpenIV with switched-on Edit Mode paste all from mppatchseng folder in:
mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>mppatchesng>dlc.rpf>x64>models>cdimages>mppatches.rpf>mp-m-freemode-01
