minor tweaks that made a BIG difference
in the way the tats look.
motion blur in rockstar editor withe e.v.e made some look more blurrier than they really are.

Cool layout, But it looks more like PNGS slapped onto a face texture. You could of added some transparency plus some other effects to make it look less flat and more into the skin.
@DraftD3ath I genuinely want to know what that means. Like you mean lower the opacity on the tats? And I tried warping them more around the skin but it stretches some of them too much. First time modding" so any tips and tricks help.

@saosn You could try adding extra drop shadow (very subtle kind) behind the tattoos, make em lower opacity a lil bit. And blur them up a bit.
Also its better if you make something more realistic instead of random rectangles and stock tattoo images from google.
he is kinda like franklin or maybe he is
@sg1234 hes a newer version of franklin, with tattoos allover
I like the Mod but it isnt good with other hair mods bcs its blond and it looks weird with some other mods
