My fellow guys of LCPDFR.com, this is the officer from the Los Angeles Police Department, or LAPD. This is the agency that "protects and serves" the city of Los Angeles, California. Being the third-largest municipal police department in the US, after Chicago PD and NYPD, they have been featured and still are featured in countless movies and TV series. But they are also infamous for having a notable number of controversies, mostly for racism, brutality and corruption.
