These are just textures you need the model from https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/lost-mc-biker-vest-with-template
Works for FiveM and SP
FiveM Install:
Simply add the Lost MC Vests folder into your resources
You need to add the model in and rename it mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016^task_003_u
Or you can rename everything to put it in a different spot but only do
that if you know what you are doing so you don't put it in a slot that does not have enough textures
SP Install:
Put the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpjanuary2016/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mpjanuary2016_male.rpf/mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016
Make sure you add the model and rename it to task_003_u
Version 1.1
Re did textures to every vest!

Is there any way to use it on any of the characters in the story mode or just for mp player?

I'm new to adding EUP. Your instructions say for FiveM Installation to "Add the model in and rename it...". Add WHAT model in, and where do I add it?
