This mod edits your average peds in GTA V. Cops, EMTs, firemans to your regular postman. It Gives them a fresh new look with over a hundred different combos of face variations and hair and it changes theirs uniforms to look like the one used in EUP.
Here's what the initial release contains so far, more will be added in the future.
LSPD Peds (Swat units, Beat cops, Motor units)
LSSD Peds (Swat units, Beat cops)
BCSO Peds (Swat units, Beat cops)
SAHP Peds (Swat units, Beat cops, Motor units)
RHPD Peds (Swat units, Beat cops)
DPPD Peds (Swat units, Beat cops)
NOOSE Peds (Swat units, Beat cops)
FIB Peds (Swat units)
Corrections (Guards)
SASP Peds (Rangers, Lifeguards)
Others
- Paramedics
- Coroners
- Firemans
- Security peds (G6)
To install:
1) Install the main files (peds) with the OIV Installer
2) Once the main files are installed, download the Recommended config meta files, and install the content in your update.rpf with openIV
3) If you use cop holster (recommended) and/or Ultimate Backup, I included xml files for you to place in your plugins folder
NOTE
- Without the recommended meta configs files, you'll experience peds with hair clipping through their hat, empty holsters, inconsistent ambient spawns and dispatch system.

@Alex_Ashfold is this compatible with RDE 3.1.7 and is this an updated better version of the EUP 9.3?

How to unistall the openIV I thought it works...
I can't shoot cops as mp character. How can I fix it?

why a SWAT Units aren't wear helmets? can someone help?
@Alex_Ashfold their is a bug with the LSPD SWAT some of the officers spawn with "FIB" on their vest instead of "police"
Is the dispatch.meta supposed to use custom vehicles instead of vanilla ones?

Hey i am crashing on load with this mod. Using SafeHousesReloaded and LSDealerships
Having an odd issue. I have EUP 9.4 and installed this mod via the OIV, and installed the extra files exactly as directed, but I noticed that the female Class C LSPD peds have invisible arms in the LSPD HQ off Mission Row? Any suggestions? Thanks!
Besides that, amazing overhaul of the peds. Works very well with EUP and a well made LSPDFR playthrough.

A very good mod with amazing peds models, i use it with LSPDFR and beside having a LSPD female class C that sometimes spawn without arms in MR police station its perfect
