Run Open IV then go to Mods folder, x64e.rpf, models, cdimages, componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf and then drag and drop all the files

how to load outfit
Its a great outfit, but the helmet has a little bug in it. Most of the Helmet is black. If you could fix that, it would be great. But overall a good mod to download
