He started off as an impoverished taxi driver, but somehow he got caught up in a bitter gang war between two mafia families. I'm not sure how Tommy Angelo survived the shotgun blast and went half a century into the future though.
Sliderv2 actually did a similar mod before, but it was for his own Lamar roast video and he wasn't keen on sharing it either. So I did my own take and it took me quite a while to get him up and running.
Installation instructions:
Using OpenIV, copy the ig_tommy folder along with the ig_tommy.yft and ymt files to peds.rpf in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf. This assumes that you already have Addon Peds as well as the required scripts set up.
Alternatively if you want to replace a cutscene ped, rename the ig_tommy folder as well as its respective yft and ymt files to let's say cs_lamardavis in case you want to have Tommy stand in for Lamar and roast the living daylights out of poor Franklin, or you could do it the easy way by following this tutorial:

@mario_soprano already done it multiple times and it still crashes in the loading screen. And i have multiple addonpeds that work fine :(
@huckleberrypie Maybe the problem is that I have too many addon peds or it doenst work in combination with some of my other mods :( could be a gameconfig thing aswell

@huckleberrypie How are you, buddy, I don't know what to do, I broke my brain. When I use the adonpeds, it works very well, but I can't play any missions. And when I replace it with a model of Michael, his face and neck are just awful. I'll leave a link to the screenshots, please see if you know what to do or if I'm doing something wrong.I've already tried everything I know

@mario_soprano Not sure as to what you've done wrong with it though. I've had a friend install the Tommy mod and it works fine even when playing as Michael. From the looks of it you may have forgotten to replace the head_000_r mesh.

@mario_soprano hey i think i know where you went wrong, so the player models have a fully designed head, and i'm guessing when you replaced tommy's texture with michael, his face was looking pretty weird
if that's the case, then make sure that after you paste ig_tommy's files in Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero,
you should also paste the same files in:
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mppatchesng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mppatches.rpf\player_zero
using OpenIV, i had the same issue as you and i managed to replace michael after doing this.
