Introduction:
This is a simple script which allow you to threaten the unarmed cops and make them surrender.
Controls:
Walk near an unarmed cop and aim at the cop using any gun.
*If the cop has taken out the gun, you are not able to make the cop surrender.
Config - Cop_Surrender.ini:
Chance_for_cop_surrender=30
(Chance [in %] for the cop to surrender)
Drop_weapon=1
(Cop will drop the weapon when surrender | Set it to 0 to disable this function)
Surrender_Cower_duration=-1
(Time [in ms] for the cop to keep surrendering or cowering | -1 means permanent)
Stungun_count_as_unarmed=1
(Cop using stun-gun will be counted as unarmed | Set it to 0 to disable this function)
Nightstick_count_as_unarmed=1
(Cop using nightstick will be counted as unarmed | Set it to 0 to disable this function)
Installation:
Copy Cop_Surrender.ini and Cop_Surrender.dll into "scripts" folder.
*Latest version of Script Hook V .NET is required
Changes in 1.1:
- Added some new dialogues
- Fixed a dead-checking issue

@MrSaucyZ You can download this mod which allows the police to arrest the peds, the police can only arrest the ped, it matters what weapon he has, if he has a pistol, the cop won't try to arrest him, instead he will shoot him back, and if the ped has a knife, the cop has a chance to arrest him by pointing a gun at him, and then the ped would drop his weapon, and put his hands in the air, and then the cop would cuff him, like in GTA IV, here's the mod btw: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/cop-arrest-iv-style

one thing i which you could add is like when the cop surrender that what you did it was good so when they surrender why not add then to arrest them or make them follow you and be your body guard. please add that then it would be extra awesome

The author forgot to add check if ped is dead, so even dead cops try to surrender making a brief t-pose.
Good mod. Now if a cop catches me during a crime and there is just one, I can have them surrender. Thanks for this awesome mod! :P

can u please add option for changing the aim key for example i want to aim plus press f3 in order to start the mod cuz this way the mod will be comapatible when playing a mission
If the chance of surrender was also designed for armed cops I'd be more interested
