This mod gives you:
- same exact functionality as ParkourIV 1.1 by jedijosh920
while jumping, press the jump button again to climb/parkour nearest ledge like GTA IV.
works both with keyboard and controllers!
- player now can reach and climb high places, about twice the player height ("Project=true" feature)
- player can do double jump ("DoubleJump=true" and "DoobleJumpLimit=1"). "DoubleJump" is definitely hack and you can get to effectively any high place and generally move around with infinite double jump
Installation
Place ParkourIVPlus.cs and ParkourIVPlus.ini into your "scripts" folder. You will need Script Hook V and Script Hook V .NET.
Controls

finally... i feel like i want to give you 1000$ for this you are a god
MMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm close but no cigar. Can't this be done smoothly with blended animations by using npc animations? There are hundreds of scenes in gta v sp where characters rappelled down buildings and jumped over walls with leg-ups. This is just the same player anims

yes, it must be very difficult to make smoother transitions, but that’s all the mod needs, it’s already excellent

Can you let us adjust the double jump coefficient at any time in the game to adapt to walls of different heights, so that the character can use the normal climbing animation for the last step?
@LBGdyx If I interpret it correctly - you want to be able to grab on ledge and climb it (if ledge is around and accessible) while double jumping ? Right now it will happen only after max double jumps reached.
@LazyA Yes, so I think this is inappropriate.
I set the double jump coefficient to 10. Therefore, many roofs with a height below the coefficient of 10 jump directly up without climbing, and the climbing animation cannot be used normally in the middle, which is a bit distorted.
this is sick, can implement this into assassin missions.

@LazyA Darn, I was hoping that now that custom animations exist, somebody could make a model like this with decent animations. Still though, well probably make rehearsing the map on foot a lot more fun anyway. Hopefully somebody with the skill and motivation does it. In the meantime, thank you for this mod.
