this mod regenerate peds health midfight like player, you can modify the values the way you want in the cs file, there should be no bugs.
Installation :
just copy "RegenerateNPCHealth.cs" into your scripts folder
Requirements :
1- scripthook V http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
2-ScriptHookVDotNet https://github.com/scripthookvdotnet/scripthookvdotnet/releases
