The mod, Single Player Apartment, has a pretty self-explanatory title (as per usual), coming to us and adds all of the properties players could purchase in GTA Online. Including Apartments from the High Life DLC and Executives and Other Criminals DLC.
Features:
- All High-End Apartments, All Stilt Houses, All Medium-End Apartments, All Low-End Apartments, All High-End Garages, All Medium-End Garages and All Low-End Garage to spend your $2,147,483,647!
- Every High-End Apartment, Stilt Houses and Medium-End Apartment comes with a 6 Car Garage, Low End Apartment comes with a 2 Car Garage for a Total of 542 Cars can be save to your Garages!
- Every saved Car is your Personal Vehicle, and your Mechanic will happy to send you your Personal Vehicle to anywhere in the world! Just give him a call.
- Interaction with Prop just like GTA Online, You can watch TV & Changing your clothes!

The best real estate mod
Great mod, but I had a question. I calculated total no. of vehicles you can save across all properties, the number came up 582. Then I saw you said high-end apartments have 6 car garage, not 10 so that brought down the total to 442. The number you mentioned in the description is 542 so I'm wondering which is it lol. I'm fine either way though, thanks for making it
Just calculated the costs of all properties and it resulted in only $21.216M as opposed to the $2.147B mentioned in the description
Idk what's going on with the $ but I saw the garages and it turns out that the stilt houses that have a 10 car garage in GTAO, have a 6 car garage in this mod. 10 stilt houses with 4 cars less each, means 582-40=542

I copied all the contents of ScriptHook and ScriptHookDotNet in GTA5 location and SPA205 and iFruitAddon in GTA5/scripts. GTA5 is on version 1.0.3095, I start it as an admin via rockstar games launcher and absolutely nothing has changed. Is the newest verison of GTA5 not supported? What am I doing wrong?
It would be nice to make 6-seater garages with a uniform distribution of vehicles in it. Overall, the mod is excellent👍

This is a great mod. My only issue is that it adds so many blips on the map it makes many of my important blips not show. Is there a mod that helps with this?
Can't see mission blips with this mod, "No more disappearing blips" that mentioned in description is not helping :(
hi guys, the weirdest thing happens to me : i installed the mod, i see the properties on the map, i go there, but when i try to buy them nothing happens ! i press the A button to buy it but nothing happens so i can never see the apartments! anybody would have an idea how to fix this ?

@nimo23 This is the same issue I have! I installed the mod yesterday, and the weird thing is, after that I tried to install the iFruitAddon2 since I saw it's a prerequisite, but as soon as I added it to my scripts and loaded the game, it immediately crashed on the loading screen. So now I'm stuck with two options: Remove the iFruitAddon2 from the scripts but I remain with properties I can't buy, or keep iFruitAddon2 but have a game that's basically unplayable because of the crashing.
@SpeedBandit I actually found a way to solve the issue: by going into the settings file and putting the name of the character you play as the owner of every properties (in my case it's Michael)
This way you already own the properties and you can actually go in without buying them in game!
Didn´t work. I´m not possible to enter the houses. Bad mod.

for me not working, i try to buy it but nothing happen. But back then it was a good mod
