1. I'mNotMentaL's SinglePlayerApartment, download it and then override SinglePlayerApartments with Offices on it.
2. I'mNotMentaL's Benny's Mod, garage menus won't work without it also you can use the mod shop with this.

-Added extra helicopter drop off locations. (office roofs)
-Introduced a new mechanic which will detect if you are in an office and deliver your vehicles accordingly.
-Performance should be improved more.

A little issue about the office roof drop-offs, if you don't own the office you can't get to your delivered chopper. Something I was unable to think of while coding and it just hit me. I will add a function to check if you own the office or not before just dropping off. (this might not happen either I really don't remember what I did)

Please take ImNotMentaL's survey at the original SinglePlayerApartments mod. This is a great mod and it is very hard to maintain or add new things in. Please donate to him if you have the financial strength. I have altered the code according to my taste and released it here for people to use but it truly is very hard to maintain or develop further. Every single thing needs a specific coordinate and it is very frustrating to back and forth between windows during developement, at least it was for me. I hope that ImNotMentaL will start maintaining this mod again. Thanks for all the support you've given me and sorry for not being online for so long.
for some reason this just isnt working for me at all, ive had trouble with spg before so i thought this could be a better alternative, so basically the issue im having is that i can only have 1 car in the office garage, i also cant exit the garage, once im in i can only get out by teleporting myself, and i also cant use the bennys garage. im really bad with mods but ive done everything i can. can someone please help me?
i have benny's mod installed by im not mental and I have a car in the apartment garage and it saves but will not show up on the menu when I walk up to it and click E
I really wish GTA V modders would understand that GTA only allows so many map blips at a time and a simple toggle button works wonders. I've limited how many apartments show up now for sake of mission markers. My biggest issue is that when you exit your purchased apartment you exit some where over by Franklin's aunt's house instead.

why is it so difficult for modders to make this work? I have tried like 5 different garage mods trying to get these Office Garages to work. none of them work. which is funny because you know what does work? MLG's original Single Player Apartment mod. which is years old and hasn't been updated in forever. but all these newer garage mods trying to use the Office elevator? literally none of them work. this sucks.
this mod ALMOST works, but car saving is totally broken, and I can't find a fix. after you save your first 5 cars, the next one you drive into the garage will spawn on top of car number 1, instead of going into the next slot on the next level...
and of course after a while the authors just stop replying to comments and give up trying to help anybody make things work. so fuckin weak...

Like others, I have the "char freezes lookin like a scarecrow" bug. I had to burn myself to death using menyoo to fix the issue. Havent saved any cars yet.
I think I figured out how to make this mod work. it took a lot of trial and error and you still cannot save more than 10 cars per garage. but I got everything to work. the problem is that you need to download an old version. version 2.0 is broken. I could only make this mod work correctly with version 1.10 and an using an older version of Single Player Benny's. I still can't recommend this to anyone unless the author returns and does the fix himself because it's more work than it was worth.
@charackthe - @ImNotMentaL - all houses were unlocked with only I'mNotMentaL's SinglePlayerApartment mod. When I install the office mode, only 2 of the houses are visible. HELP
@charackthe - @ImNotMentaL - there is money everywhere. I change the interior then save. When I leave the building, the money comes again. please find a solution to this.
the biggest problem is: I can use the television in all homes and offices, but I cannot use the television in the Maze Bank HQ interior @charackthe - @ImNotMentaL

for some reason this just isnt working for me at all, ive had trouble with spg before so i thought this could be a better alternative, so basically the issue im having is that i can only have 1 car in the office garage, i also cant exit the garage, once im in i can only get out by teleporting myself out ,I really love this mode please look into the issue also I tried several other configs changed methods also nothing works no other conflicting mods installed either
