This mod allows you to extinguish the fire and slightly fix the engine on any vehicle.
Plane/boat/car/bike any.
Press 'Page Down' (RT on Xbox) to extinguish the fire. You can change control in the INI file. https://docs.fivem.net/docs/game-references/controls/
Installation:
Install these if you don't have them.
Script Hook V

OpenIV 4.0
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
Then, drop this ASI & INI file in your GTA V directory.

How you make mods?
It fix aircrafts engine, but not engine health degradation after damage(

@Noctara, yes, it's supposed to be like that, the engine continues to degrade, so you often need to use it.
