I got you bro, the TrainerV.asi loading error, I think this issue is cause by liberty city vehicles file, for some reason trainerV can't load the dlc cars from this file, along with 5 real mod dlc cars, maybe because both of them replace some original cars model like baller etc. to fix this issue i found 2 method.

Method no. 1 to delete vehicles that replace GTA5 original models and conflict with 5 real mod (120 vehicles), this will allow you to still have some original GTA4 vehicles to spawn on LC map. to do so :

1/ open your open IV and go to this file:
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\liberty_city_vehicles\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\ vehicles.meta
2/ right click on vehicles.meta, and edit it
3/ press Ctrl+F and search for lcadmiral then delete every thing above it, means from line no 12864 until line no 6 should be deleted
4/ save and run the game

Method no. 2 is to delete this line <Item>dlcpacks:/liberty_city_vehicles/</Item> from the dlclist.xml file in :
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, means to stop the loading of vehicles file. However by doing this, you will get only taxi and services vehicles spawn in LC map (like the taxi bug in GTA 4).

I'll try to figure out which vehicles were causing this issue exactly to get all vehicles from the mod to work with trainerV, in the meantime follow method no. 1, and don't forget to backup your files !!

and thank you @sjaak327 for this mod, playing GTA5 without it is a nightmare
