Can confirm this works on the following setup:
    A clean GTA V Enhanced: 1.0.814.9
    Mod(s) Loaded in Sequence:
    - Simple Trainer "TrainerV.asi": version 17.0
    - OpenRPF: version 0.1
    - ScriptHookV : version 3521.0.814.9
    - Ran GTA V Enhanced to verify no issues
    - Drive V: version 7.2 ********* READ NOTE_1 AND NOTE_2 BELOW *********
    - Ran GTA V Enhanced to verify no issues
    - Optional AI Improvements (Drive V) *** READ NOTE_3 BELOW ***
    - InversePower: version 2.0.0

NOTE_1: After installing Drive V, you MUST delete the following to play GTAV Enhanced:
    - ...\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mp2024_02
note: you do not need OpenIV to delete this folder within mods

NOTE_2: OpenIV will make your job VERY easy. Just rename "GTA5_Enhanced.exe" to "GTA5.exe" and OpenIV will simply ask for the GTA folder, in which just redirect it to the Enhanced location. Install OpenIV.asi before going into "Edit" mode. After installing Drive V and modifying other RPF files (if needed), you MUST delete the following below and rename the .exe back to "GTA5_Enhanced.exe" to play GTA V Enhanced:
    - OpenIV.asi
    - OpenIV.ini

NOTE_3: I had to modify the .meta as formatting was incorrect. I will reach out to @PermissionToLand with corrected file.

NOTE_4: I did not install Optional Traffic Edits as modified popcycle and popgroups can negatively affect missions and scripts, especially when installing Legacy mods into an Enhanced version.
