Nothing works!
It's been 12 hours since I've been trying to install this mod FOLLOWING the instructions.
Either explain to me how to install it CORRECTLY.
Or this mod doesn't work at all.
(I've tried all the methods, both DLC packs and non-DLC packs.)
I still don't understand how to install this mod; even the instructions didn't help.
I've been trying to install it for three hours now.
As someone who's downloading GTA 5 mods for the first time, the instructions are EXTREMELY unclear.
