eheh yeah modding isn't so much easy :D keep going and you'll succeed!

Try re-installing everything, deleting all files man...sometimes it happens with mods and I know well :P

xD I've tested the "cinematic" version, I can't see any difference from the basic version, But maybe I'll upload the video so you can see with your eyes :)

well I think that it's playable enough tho :D

1:Download the ReShade + SweetFX 2.0 and put it in the game directory(where is the launcher)
2: Download and extract this preset and put it in the directory of the game(as before)
3: click yes to all if overwriting
4: play(if it works it will appear some white writings of the reshade-enb in the upper part of the screen when you launch the game)
5: enjoy

Do a fresh install deleting all files and then try to install it again

It eats around 10fps
