@bigboy944 no it's right. in GTA SA the SAPD had exist. and the Haywaypatrol of gta v .... rockstar makes a mistake. yes it should named San Andreas Highway Patrol but on thier shoulders stand Los Santos Highway Patrol. and in the second voiceactor of them say by drawing the gun "LSPD go on the ground!" so that musst mean that this guys arent a state police. they just the motorcycle unit of the LSPD. whether they work for the city police or the sheriff dep or whether they have a clearance for both is also unknown.

gameconfic trafic *2,5 peds *2,5 had fixed my problem

@Joe Gillian youi trolled me. I replaced my mod folder and reinstalled my mod's but it didn't helped.

@Joe Gillian strange. normaly OpenIV deteced when update.rpf is changed and show me automatic the option "copy to mod folder" but this time it not

the only way to stoped my game crashing on loading screen is to disable the mod folder.
why did my mod folder crash the game? this update didn't changed annything in the update folder
had annyone a fix for that?

@EmreLism I can use my script- and asi mods. but I've detected that my mod folder didn't launch so I must correct my statement from, "now uit works fine" to "the most works"

My Problem is fixed. My Game crashed on loading screen if I used asi mods.
The solution: Rockstar added an own Asi-support. in the main folder (only in OpenIV visible) but I had a file called OpenIV.asi. (this is the asi-loader of the OpenIV-tool). After I deleted OpenIV.asi it works fine
