@Straight Buster Disabling the Titan is the best advice. Thank you. I could never catch what plane kept crashing every 60ish seconds lol. Since disabling the Titan, I think I've heard 1 plane crash in about an hours play time.
For everyone else, I'm playing through singleplayer story with this on in December 2023. It DOES work, it just takes some tweaking of the .ini file. The hunter and taxi events can bug out some of the characters in missions, so I also disabled them.
