After installing the latest script hook files, it won't let me boot up GTA 5 and then shows a message that lets me launch safe mode. But when I remove ScriptHookV.dll, it boots up and the game works fine. When I went back to add that file, it won't boot.

@Manamal Yes. The culprit was menyoo.asi. I am able to boot GTA V after removing it. Hopefully menyoo gets updated.
