@Voit Turyv I must have mis-remembered them because to be honest, you are right. I googled them just now and the differences are so slight between even the San Andreas Bullet and the 'modern' one. Nostalgia, I guess, I remembered them a little curvier, closer to the original GT-40...
    Thanks all the same :)

these look really cool, although i clicked hoping for a curvier retro Bullet similar to the San Andreas or IV style...what are the chances...?

not sure if this is making my game crash or not, (clr.dll error in event log, which is a .net framework file...) but it deserves 5 stars even if it the culprit. The extra cars driving around change the game more than anything for me...I would like to know how to tune the numbers so certain cars spawn less but I wouldnt play gta without this one...

The blue filter is something I think a lot of the 'Realistic' mods miss tbh. True colour is effected by ambient light and the biggest impact to that is the sky...

    Phenom II x4 955 BE @ 3.7Ghz
    PNY GTX 1050Ti 4GB
    8GB DDR2 RAM (7GB usable)
    Win 7 64 Bit
x2 5200 RPM HDD (Cos it may factor in to your sums?)

This file was an excellent place to start for my rig. I tweaked a few settings up for visual fidelity as I have 4GB of VRAM, my CPU bottlenecks this rig (could be the DDR2 RAM!?) so I get appx 60FPS in a few places but it can drop to ~30FPS in dense traffic or other intensive parts. No stuttering for me...
