Hey if you've followed all these instructions and you're still struggling to get it to work, first you have to install OpenIV from OpenIV.com once you do that you need to go to your GtaV file directory and create a new folder called mods, after that you need to copy the file that says updates and paste it inside the mods folder. Once that's done you need to copy in three more files: x64e.rpf x64i.rpf x64w.rpf
once you have copied all of that into the folder and you've followed everything in the video that is used at the top then everything should work *Huge thanks to nebur78045*
