@quintenhsd use this mod https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor. For install this need ScriptHook e ScriptHookDoNet. After these installation, create directory "Scripts" in root dir e put inside che content of map editor. Put the file of troolbox in dir directory and in game use the key f7 to open Mapeditor menu. Load Map and use the file system viewer inside the mod. Select the exaclty name of this file xml and fun

@quintenhsd Go to the center lake of map. The structure is located at center of lake. Try to see there

@quintenhsd Install latest version of GTA5! In this day i obtained old version of game so i will made race with old piece avaible for all users

@quintenhsd Insert file into Main directory and try to load this with map editor :) Sorry for question: Are you original game or offline installation? Some of piece you can find inside this mod are made with latest update of GTA5
