    Cool mod!

Would be perfect if you could make it so it only affects certain weapons though. For example a 9mm shouldn't take someones head off, but the 50. BMG should.

Really good model, great job. But can't you do it for the regular pistol instead? The combat pistol is too short so the muzzleflash doesn't align properly with the glock.

@Alex80299 Well the mod still works for me because it was built with an earlier version of OpenIV, I'm taking about opening the .awc files and importing sounds. That doesn't seem to work anymore.

A little off topic, but is anyone able to import weapon sounds after the OpenIV update? Cause when I do the sounds don't play ingame, or they only play sometimes. And if you look at archive size it just keeps increasing, even if you are only importing the vanilla sounds back in to the archive.

@Suspect Yeah that worked, thank you.

@Suspect Nah, I used the meta file from this mod. But look at the latest video by lipskamafia at 1:40, the minigun sounds the same there as it does for me. So it only sounds awesome in your video, I assume you are RGAMING? :)

@Suspect No I'm not, I guess that would explain it? :P

The minigun at the end of the first video sounds amazing, but it doesn't sound anything like that for me. Did you change it, or perhaps upload the wrong file?

The gun smoke effects look awesome, could you do a standalone version that just adds the smoke?

Or if it's not too complicated, explain how to do it

@kajot I use 44100Hz for my sounds, try that. Also check the file size, for example if the original sound is 50kb and your sound is 70kb, it usually wont work. If you get no sound the archive is probably corrupted, you need to replace it with your backup (I assume you've backed up your files?)
