@PlasticTangerine yes you are correct, but it is just the weather not the ground and player/cars are not snowy. I mean is it possible to make it how it was in GTA online.
can you possibly make a mod where you can toggle it on and off? using a menu/hot-key?

LS Customs and Ammunation do not work when mod is installed.
