None of my mods are working enhance native trainer doesn't work at all when I press f4 please someone help me

every time i bring this car out to drive it the front bumper missing get it to appear i have to hit the wall or kick it for it to show anyone know how to fix it or the problem

i would love to see a dodge viper be made if you can
