I think a weapons mod that makes it exactly lifelike. For example, One shot with a pistol even in the stomach is fatal (or at least in the bleeding out position) and getting hit with one bullet kills you as well. However, edit the game files for the enemy so that it cuts the enemies rate of fire in half. a much more realistic firefight! Because in real life you wont empty 998789545845789 rounds and 56489455 clips in one battle. A couple shots for both the enemy and the player would be a much more immersive and realistic gameplay! :-)

Im not trying to spam your page here but I am happy to see someone else who is frustrated by Rockstar's tires. This is the mod I would like to see created:
I think all of the modded tires in grand theft auto v are complete garbage. I want the mod to only change the rim rather than the entire tire because the stock tire skin is significantly more realistic than the custom one (i.e. the width from the edge of the tire to the inner rim). So the mod would use the stock tire and only change the rim.
Included in the mod I would like to see improved textures for the graphic overlays when you purchase a whitewall or writing on your tire. An example would be the whitewall that appears "stock" on the AMC Pacer. Rockstar's custom whitewalls are a complete fking joke and are just ugly as hell.
So to sum it up, the mod would allow you to chose Regular Tire or Regular tire w/ whitewall. And from there you could change the rims to either the alloy or chrome. This was a difficult idea to explain, I hope I did it well enough :p

Does this only replace the modern plate? and the older plates are left unchanged or does this include all modified plates
