@xDaerius lmao who are you, the GTA5Mods Police. Get over yourself. It's rough that people resell free stuff but these things should be for the love of the game and modding, not for profit. Encryption goes against that, it's something Rockstar would do.
Just what the GTA V Modding scene needs, more encrypted content. If it's free, let people use it as they wish. While it takes talent to do it, you're still just using a lot of Rockstar's resources, not like it's built from scratch. I'll give it 2 stars because it looks great but the encryption stuff is wack.
@danix93 In edit mode for Open IV, go to File then Defragmentation as soon as you open the DLC. Then go to the specific folders with assets in and do the same. Sometimes it can save a lot of space.

You should consider defragging before you upload, says it was 44mb but after defragging it was 27.

I tried this out, not really expecting much and it's actually a really nice car to drive as an open top.
