@All who want all DLC's and a 100% save.
Install the 100 savegame first (this is important!!!)
then go to https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/exclusive-content-for-returning-gtav-unlocker
and download and install the files. Is should work now.
If not remove the cfg.dat and the pc_settings.bin from your Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles\random-number data. and start your game with the 100% samegame and then close gta.
(this will recreate every files missing, so you have now the orginal files)
Install now the DlC unlocker. and have fun !!!

how to reopen the manager after instaltion ? what is the exe name in the gtav files ?
@DireZephyr the Dlc unlocker wont work with this savegame, can you fix it pls ?!
