@Mick_King Admittedly not something I thought of weirdly, but could be an interesting addition. If anything I'll probably wait for EUP's next major public release and update this mod accordingly to possibly include a ULSA EMS set.

In short though, as far as I'm concerned, ELS is lazy, and reduces the options available to me in terms of utilising the "extras" system (which ELS wastes by replacing it), along with what I consider piss-awful environmental lighting.
Anyhow, you mention "ugly lights", do you mean the textures? In which case thats got nothing to do with ELS anyway... But hey if you prefer ELS thats fine, but I don't intend to start making my mods ELS compatible, I'd by far rather stick to custom sirensettings.

As for the EUP side of things, the USMS assets for the peds (i.e. USMS logo) are mine, but their assembly has been done by Alex Ashfold (and the EUP Team) - currently you can only get them if you're subscribed to the EUP BETA which you can find here if you're interested: https://www.patreon.com/alex_ashfold If not, you'll have to wait for the next public release for EUP.

@yuaR Best I can suggest is checking for sirensetting conflicts, and changing the siren IDs in carcols and then again in carvariations.meta

@kinimodddddd Hey, thanks for the suggestion, the ALPRs got removed very early on in v3 development, we're talking months ago at this point, so I must confess I'd actually totally forgotten about them since. The reason for removing them was just because they were the only unlore component, and for a lore friendly mod they just weren't right. I will however look into potentially having some lore-friendly ones possibly re-added to the pack at a later date. Hope this helps :)
@zz13 They don't have .ytd's because they use the textures from ulsapd.ytd
