where do i type in "FIB", "vagos" or "lost"? thats the only part im unsure of

doesnt seem to work unless you have a steam copy. I do not. I put it in the spooner folder and nothing is there. Is there a way to create a rockstar version of this? or change the drive? as I dont instlal anything on c drive

@lucasvinbr yes i have those installed correctly. i even uninstalled and reinstalled and formatted and reinstallled
