@LargeVirus It turns out I had an outdated version of Scripthook Dotnet, and possibly also because my computer was pending an update to .net framework. here is tha latest version of scripthook if this helps:

Installed everything as I was supposed to but nothing happens when I open the game and I get this message in the scripthook.net log:
