@thamoc5 If you didnt get it working what got my game working when I got this error is if you are using openIV open it to your GTAV directory and then go to tools/ ASI manager and make sure ASI loader and OpenIV.ASI are installed correctly. My OpenVI.ASI wasnt working correctly and as soon as I uninstalled them and reinstalled from the tools/ASI Manager my game started again. thanks to this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LK4JQChWK5I its not in english but you can follow it. hope it helps
