1.- Go to "/update/x64/dlcpacks/", create a new folder called 968 and put inside the "dlc.rpf" file.
2.- Export "dlclist.xml" from "/update/update.rpf/common/data/" path to your desktop with OpenIV. Open the file with a text editor and add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\968\
3.- Import the file again to the path above with OpenIV.
4.- Done, use a Trainer to spawn the cars with (968) name, and enjoy!

@imBIMMER 1-open OpenIV and go to x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
2-search - vehicles -
3-After searching you will find some similar files whose first name is the same as the search term
4-chose one of serched file for example [vehicles_poltax_interior]
5-open [vehicles_poltax_interior] and export [script_rt_dials_gen_taxi] in the desktop
6-and again search taxi & find taxi_hi.yft & export or drag to desktop
7-go to Zmodeler 3 & import taxi_hi.yft and drag dials file froam taxi_hi.yft into you 3d car model
8-stick dials (froam taxi file) to you 3d car and
9-go to vehicles.meta froam you addon 3d car and find line
<dashboardType> </dashboardType>
At the top that is empty, we write VDT_GEN_TAXI the phrase
for example: <dashboardType>VDT_GEN_TAXI</dashboardType>

There's plenty of users that would like to see the feature of breakable glass?
The more basic game functions a mod has, the better?
I'm guessing using SCRAT's tutorial you would have breaking glass in 5 minutes tops

@Abolfazldanaee Breakable glass is minimal effort, it's just UV mapping channel 2 and adding the word Crash to the glass material and window colls. Apply yourself! :D
hi abolfazldanaee .reNNie has right ....a complete anf a finished model give better experience gaming and full control like real car it will give you the sense of driving a car . and please use bump maps in the interior leather (dashboard,seats...)will change your cars to another dimension....thanks.
@madmed87 You are right, but in fact I used to use a simple map instead of their exact map because I really tried with a more realistic simple map that I say
headlights and a front glass are tinted, is not sound the doors
