tested in fivem wih els-fivem MVGA + night ELS by MrDAGEE, LINK HERE

Things to add - darker windows, via texture change, roof sat dish
To install -
rename the els.vcf and place it in your els folder
replace - rename vehicle file as needed, Use OpenIV to import the Files to "/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday9ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/" or the last patchday!
replace pbus prbably or if you add as add on use pbus or bus handling line
more livery's?
can accept multiple liverys, use candi_sign_1 as reference, add corresponding textures as candi_sign_2, _3, and so forth, should take up to 8 liverys. on the iivery you can edit what the route displays. LED backlight is deactivated too bright with my lighting MOD.
