The Wagon Version(x218) of the CLS 63 was never officially sold in the US, and there where only 508 RWD Models build.

Installation:

Put the folder in

\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

and add the line

dlcpacks:/CLS63SB/

in
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
