with OpenIV, drop the foler "f138" in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and add this line "dlcpacks:\f138\" in dlclist,
in: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

uhh.. the tires & wheels don't spawn for me - car spawns fine and drives okay but I can't see the tires & wheels.

Very nice mod. Is there a recommended engine sound mod? The standart GTA f1 sound isn't that great
