Here for the whole community is a 2014 Dodge Charger with the LED Messageboard. This was my idea to make a Charger with the messageboard since I thought it would be cool to have ingame since it is the first slicktop messageboard vehicle for GTA V. Also it has a interior with a concealed siren box and high quality interior Also, this vehicle is relatively low poly (~90k) so it will run smooth on most PCs. You are free to use this in a video, but it would be greatly appreciated if you take a few moments of your time to acknowledge my work in your video or in the description.
=============== Installation ===============
To install the vehicle all you have to do is navigate to the latest patch day
you have in your MODS folder, and place it in the vehicles.rpf there.
For me it would be:
\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday17ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
To install the ELS VCF file, navigate to:
\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
and drag and drop it there
To install the vehicle.meta file, navigate to: Not needed for this file
