This is the 2014 Q Car used by the MPS it is a Ford Focus and replaced mostly the I30 Q Car. This car is ELS enabled so will only work with ELS it has a mostly accurate interior.

I just found a tutorial on how to unlock gta iv files.
If I can unlock it I can pass it if you want to have it
