This is a fictional, basic setup I did on a 2019 Ford Focus.

1. Using WinRAR extract the Download
2. Open "1.Marked Model" and "2. Unmarked Model" and drag the contents into the newest patchday in Open IV (19 at time of release)
3. Open "3. ELS Configs" and drag the contents into GTA V - ELS - Pack_default (You need ELS for this)
4. Start the game and spawn "PRANGER and POLICE4"
