Guys there is some err here. So in the location x64w/dlcpacks/mphipster/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mphipstervehicles.rpf I can't find any Buccaner. I only found it on x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf, but mod doesn't work.

The interior look too white but its a great car!

The interior is really bad and the dashboard doesn't even function...
The tire textures with dirt on it and the "wheel housing" or whatever is called isn't even textured.
This needs alot of work to be truly worth 5 stars.

how come everytime i change a car mod and start my game it redownloads the cars to normal ?

If your looking to get the headlight working (those on the bonnet) name it light_cover and modify it's axe to get something working like it shoud.

But nice mod ! Fit very well next my 635CSI :D
