absolutely love the crackles in the decel. the idle could better and the transition from startup to idle could be improved

I am not sure how this works at all. I have followed the video instruction, and replaced the files as shown in the video, but then once you head towards: Mods > Update > x64 > dlcpacks > and then "mansm8" where the fuck does this file come from that leads towards : dlc.rpf > common > data > levels > gtav ?
I do not have that file at all, it is not really clear, though. Any chance you could help me with it, please?
Damn you went hard on it, these pops are great, best sound for m5/m6/m8
