#1 open, openIV
#2 go 2: GTA V > mods > x64e.rpf > levels > gta 5 > vehicles.rpf
[OR] GO 2: GTA V > x64e.rpf > levels > gta 5 > vehicles.rpf
#3 go to the bully folder and put the files in vehicles.rpf
#4 u done! just open the game and get the blimp
