Programs/Mods needed for installing:
1:OpenIV
2:My Mod
Installation:
1: Run OpenIV
2: Go to update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe2/dlc.rpf/common/data
3: Click Edit Mode
4: Right-click handling.meta
5: Click Replace in the pop-up menu
6: Double-click my mod (Hint: Place my handling.meta file on the desktop to find it easier)
7: Start up GTA 5
If you do enjoy this mod, be sure to leave me any type of feedback because as I get better with modding,
I will be posting quite a bit and updating any chance I get.

What exactly is a "raid spec" handling? if it keeps this screaming lump of poo from flipping over every time I fart then count me in!
Rally Raid is like the Paris-Dakar Rally. Off road, high speed racing.
@vonericson Raid Spec means you don't need roads. They're built to handle ANY terrain. You'll still flip over, but only when driving over boulders lol
Thanks for the feedback, I don't get much exposure to anything outside the U.S. hell even our "off-road" racing trucks are on closed paved courses now... dark days.
@Rhythmic Drift You said you were going to look at the handling for the gigahorse, Did you do anything?
@Trollfan2000 So far, I haven't had enough time to really even play GTA5 at all. Sorry about that. I will get a break to look at that code over the weekend.
