Go to:x64 > dlcpacks > mpchristmas2017 > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > mpchristmas2017.rpf >
deluxo.yft
deluxo.ytd
deluxo hi.yft
deluxo hi.ytd
And paste it!
Done !
Now launch the game and just spawn the Deluxo in game.
