Hope you like this mod if you do please show some support and like my mod :) don't forget to backup before installing mod if you want to go back :)
To install the Duff Beer Blimp you will need to Download OpenIV ones you have download OpenIV you will need To navigated to:
x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
And drag and drop the files into there and all done enjoy :)

Cool mod, my Duff Molotov skin would go along with this pretty good.

@rappo Thanks for the input I will change it to that :) the only reason I had it say that was because that's what it said on the Simpsons episode but "Responsibly" makes more sense :)
