Drag Files to Desktop. To install go to OpenIV>x64>audio>sfx>resident>Edit Mode>Right Click in the Resident File>Import openFormats>Press Ok.

You have to extract with OpenFormats and re-import them with open formats

Getting this to work on a retail copy of the game is hard! The game keeps patching and removing the changes.

Hello. It doesn't work for me, GTA always update the files with the original ones so the modified vehicles.awc file is not load in the game.... I tried all the fucking night to find a solution but I failed.

I tried the option with the "mods" folder and OPENIV.asi but the game crash.

could you help me please?

Problem solved, just need to update my rage hook version, the one who came with LSPDFR mod was outdated.

So after a few things i installed it seems that this sound for the police cars like glitches out and resets the sound after every hit and if i dont hit anything it resets the sound on its own. its wierd. any way to fix?

the wail sounds exactly the same as the stock siren. only the other ones changed
