Here is a new truck for GTA V, the "Schwerlasttransporter (SLT) Mammut". It's a MAN built heavy duty truck in use with the German Armed Forces.
This mod brings you the truck, as well as the accompanying trailer. The truck itself has a detailed interior with working lights (including sirens), working dials, 4-wheel steering and windshield wipers for VehFuncs V compability. It can also pull most default GTA trailers.
The trailer has a driver seat, so the player can sit inside and open the rear ramp or toggle the sirens on and off at the rear of the trailer. Additionally, 3 different cargo options can be added via vehicle tuning: A Leopard 2A7, an SPZ Puma and a destroyed GTK Boxer. All of those come with a custom hitbox on the trailer if equipped.
Installation
1. Place the "sltmammut" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. With OpenIV, extract [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and edit this with Notepad++. Add the following entry:
dlcpacks:\sltmammut\
3. Now you are done, you will need a trainer with "spawn by name" function (Enhanced Native Trainer for example) to spawn the vehicle type in:
"sltmammut" - truck
"sltrailer" - trailer

Very cool. How to use controls and how to spawn the various items on trailer incl. lowering the back ramps?
I saw the wheelsset 2 and 5 on the trailer is above ground?
Got the trailer to work by entering from the right of the trailer, but the wheelset 2 and 5 still above ground, looks weird. Other than that big fan of your vehicles and planes......

@bmw740il Problem is that GTA has a maximum number of 10 wheels, the others are "fake" wheels without collision or suspension.

@menon i believe you should use a trainer like simple trainer and select open all doors or open boot or trunk or something to lower the ramp.

hello i have a great 2 mod ideas.
if you remeber back in the old days of san andreas and vice city, those old rhinos the VC and SA oh the nostalgia
i personally asking you to create 2 seperate mods, one is GTA SA RHNO and GTA VC rhino for gta 5.
that would make them a star mod or idk and with lots of people downloading this and even donate i dont know!
this is your choice rather make these 2 addon tank mods if your not gonna do it then thanks for the response

if you dont know that game you can just google uncharted 4 a theifes end armoured truck and it should give you results of the truck

@SkylineGTRFreak When driving with this trailer and you are speeding more than 30 mph the trailer makes bumping sounds when you swerve with the trailer attached on a level and straight road. What to do?
Would love to see some more British Army Vehicles. Like the Huskey etc.
is there a template available for the mammut and the trailer?
