Installation guide (OpenIV):
Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and drop it R352SOUND FOLDER here.
dlcpacks:/r352sound/ add this line in DLCLIST.XML
change the audionamehash (vehicle.meta) to r352sound
check the print --> http://prntscr.com/t3siv0

@zarif muqrey try this. Go to the gtr file in dlcpacks and then dlc.rfp --> data. I found vehicles.meta there
