3.Download the car from NexonW:

5.We move on the following folders : dlcpacks>23m2>dlc.rpf>common>data> and replace handling.meta

just a note: For SP version the handlingName is CYPHER not 23m2 (NexonW DLC pack) so that will crush the game just change that to <handlingName>CYPHER</handlingName> and will work just fine, @Volti you can add one extra Handling for th SP version in your file so it won't be confusing, again big thank you , it's my main car now xD
